Apply as many auto attacks as you can to keep the slow on them as well as apply poison. Once you secure a summoner spell/kill immediately look for another gank. If you come out with more than 65% health or still have potions left, go back into the jungle. Clear Rift Scuttler while you still have red and move to Gromp or Krugs depending on what side you're on. Make sure to smite if you need extra health. Back once you have enough for your smite upgrade and 2 daggers or whenever necessary.

It is crucial to gank as Twitch jungle and set your laners ahead. Always use your Ambush a few seconds before you reach the lane as it could possibly be warded. Try to sneak around your enemies without revealing yourself. Once you are in position, toss out your Venom Cask to apply a slow and keep tacking on autos. It should secure an easy kill.
