Xin Zhao Passive Ability

Introduction

Xin Zhao has always been a strong jungler and I feel with the 3.12 Tri-Force buff he is even stronger, without Tri he is still very strong though as he has 2 forms of CC's, a gapclose and armour shred on his passive. He is a very strong dueller and can still do a lot of damage while building tanky which makes him an exceptional jungler.

Runes

I go with these runes, I take flat Armour and Magic Resist as standard, flat AD to keep my damage up early game until I get a damage item and movespeed quits for ganking is vital.

Masteries

Spells

Smite is necessary on every jungler, you will be using this to and secure and steal objectives.

Flash is an almost 100% on to either land your or to gapclose their escape or flash.

Early Game

This is where thrives, he is so good at early game as he just does a ton of damage. You can duel almost any jungler and your ganks are devastating. If the enemy jungler is playing a weak duelling champion i.e take Three Talon Stike and then you should invade his red after your blue, wait for him to take it low then smite it at 490hp. Use your to and to gapclose flash and it should be a free kill. If they are playing a strong duellist i.e look to gank lanes instead as you probably won't be able to kill them. Look for pushed lanes or lanes where your teammate has CC or they have no escape and kill them.

Mid to Late Game

Depending on how far ahead/what items you have, Xin is still very strong mid game. If you are behind or going even then I wouldn't recommend ganking as much as you won't be as successful. I'd recommend only ganking if you see a lane without flash or escapes, or if a lane is overextended.

Late game unless you have a better initiation on your team you will likely be engaging with your . Wait for the other team to mess up and capitalise on it straight away, unless you are way ahead and just go in anytime you want. If you are behind I wouldn't recommend engaging unless you have a big advantage (Baron Buff,4v5 ect).
