Introduction

Okay so this is my idea on a non-jungling shaco build. I believe if you follow this build you will be the best non-jungling shaco there is. You'll probably even be better than most jungling shacos. So here we go

Pros and Cons

Pros

-Extremely high damage output
-easy escape with deceive /flash
-Easy chase with two shiv poison slows
-great ganking ability
-can easily tank down enemy tanks
-hes a clown thats pretty awesome in my book

Cons

-Low health
-if you dont read the build you wont play him right
-blinds/exhaust really make you vulnerable
-mana hungry early on (<-- thats not to bad but its hard to think of cons)

Runes

Marks- I went with marks of desolationGreater Mark of Desolation to get the useful armor pen in the game not much to explain but if your fighting a high armor char like an Amumu , Rammus , or Shen , then these runes help you a lot

Seals- I got the greater seal of vitalityGreater Seal of Vitality because at lvl 7 it gives more Hp than the seal of fortitude so i figure its more useful.

Glyphs- WooHoo cooldown reduction glyphs. mainly because i have had problems with people barely getting away because my two shiv poison or my deceive is on cooldown.

Quintessence- Armor Pen quintessencesgreater Quintessence of Desolation for the reasons i stated in my marks explanations.

Items

ok here is where i'll actually go in depth for you guys.
Boots of speed - Ok start off with boots of speed and a point in jack in the box and go off into the grass. Now you get the boots to take bot or top lane grass early. not the grass in the lane go into the grass in the cross section and place about 4 or 5 jack in the boxes and have a teamate lure an enemy or do it yourself.
Berserker Greaves - Go back whenever you feel you need to and get your berserker greaves to get the extra attack speed.
B.F. Sword - Go back for a b.f. sword to increase your overall damage and start ganking a little to get fed some. Be sure that when you gank though you initiate with deceive to get the crit hit.
Black Cleaver - Get your Black Cleaver next for extra attack speed and armor pen passive so that late game you dont have to worry about any of those annoying tanks (i.e. Malphite , Dr.Mundo )
B.F. Sword - Get your next b.f. sword so that you could get the base for your first bloodthirster.
Bloodthirster - The bloodthirsters are your main item be sure you get them in any situation. They give a great amount of damage output.
B.F. Sword - If its great why not have more? So more attack damage items to get your first hit with deceive to be devastating.
Bloodthirster - Something so amazing you'll need 2. Two bloodthirsters. Also there abilities stack giving you extremely high livesteal and attack damage.
Zeal - now that we have our extremely high attack damage we need some crit chance and attack speed and what better than a phantom dancer? well thats what i thought so go back and get a zeal when you get the chance.
Phantom Dancer - This must come before the next item because it wont make sense if it does. Now you have great chasing/escape with the extra movement speen and not to mention the high attack speed buff and the high crit chance boost.
Infinity edge - your last item. Probably the best item because your crits now will do about 1.2k and you'll hit them all the time =D

Skill Chaining

I always like initiating a fight by using Deceive to get behind someone and hit them with the auto crit then slowing them with two shiv poisin and continue to hit them as they run away.
So your skill sequence should go Q-E then basic hits. Now if you want to you should get your copy to go out at fight first. so bring him out by hitting R then hold ALT and right click to where you want him to go. then go in at the right time (i like to right after he dies doing damage by exploding) and finish the enemy off. so that one would go R-Q-E

Summoner Spells

For summoner spells i personally like getting flash /ignite just because when i have a char that can teleport a little i like to get flash to get that extra teleport. Now i have also noticed that good choices include Cleanse , Exhaust , and ghost .

Unique Skills

IMPORTANT MUST READ

Now i decided to put this "Unique skills" section in here to explain how you should get your first kill.

YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST GET JACK IN THE BOX FIRST.
Now get into the in the middle of your lane there should be a section of grass that people normally hide to gank from. If your at bot its above you, if your at top its below you. Go into that grass and plant as many jack-in-the-boxes as you can and lure an enemy or two to them and they will annihilate there hp and you will get an easy as hell first blood.
