Thornmail is stronger than Frozen Heart, so this should be your first choice. You gain only a little health and CDR (CDR is nearly usless) for missing LOADS of dmg.
The dmg from Thornmail is counted before ur reduction, means the ADCs, which should be ur main targets, will receive a lot of damage and cant vamp themselves at all.
