Pros/Cons
Runes
- [greater quintescence of malice]This will help you win those early brawls. It is very important that you show your opponet that you arn't intimidated by them. Be agressive.
- [greater mark of malice]This is for the same reason that you Quints of Malice. If you get that little extra crit chance, you'll most likely win any brawl.
- [greater glyph of warding]Get these so when there is an AP champion in your lane, their harrasment isn't as lethal.
- [greater seal of resilience]Use these for when ranged AD characters are in your lane. If you have that extra bit of armor, it will help you win battles against them and it would also help you zone them out of range of experience and gold.

Ability Explanation
-
Fury of the Dragonborn: This passive allows Shyvana to have reduced cooldowns, have a longer duration of Burnout, deal 15% extra ability damage to unmarked targets with Flame Breath, and gain fury when you attack while Dragon's Descent is active. All in all, this is a great passive.
-
Flame Breath: Flame Breath can be fired in one direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy unit hit. Whatever unit was hit, Shyvana deals extra magic damage to the marked target. In Dragon Form, it shoots out three of these, much like Graves ability, and marks all units hit.
-
Dragon's Descent: Shyana transforms herself into a dragon, soaring to target location. It has about the same distance as Flash and can go through walls. All units hit are dealt magic damage.
Use this in teamfights, since it maximizes your AOE potential.
Skill Sequence
Dragon's Descent does powerful damage to all enemies in a line and turns all of your skills into AOE. Burnout does powerful AOE damage that lasts pretty long. Twin Bite is a powerful single target damage skill (unless you are in Dragon Form). Flame Breath is a skillshot that marks an enemy, allowing you to deal more damage to that target.

Farming
Your job in lane is to be aggresive, zoning out the enemy champion whenever possible. Just try to focus on balancing last hitting minions and harrasing the enemy champion.

Teamfights
Your job in team fights is to hit as many people as you can with all of your skills. Dragon's Descent is a good skill to initiate with. After you or one of your teamates initiate, run in with Burnout, making sure to auto attack to keep it going. Next, fall back a little bit, running in and out, shredding the enemy team.

Jungling
Shyvana has one of the fastest jungle clearing times in the game. Althought her ganks or sub-par, she deals a whole lot of damage. You would want to be able to deal more damage now, so that is why I take Madred's Bloodrazor. Your job is to shred the ENTIRE enemy team. Even the tanks. The best route for jungle Shyvana is to go: Wraiths, wolves, golems, Ancient Lizard (red buff), and then start ganking, stealing the enemy's jungle, or keep killing in your jungle. Let whoever needs the blue buff have it. Blue buff is almost useless on Shyvana.
Summary
As Shyvana, your job is to shred the entire team with your AOE skills and be a bully in lane. Don't be afraid to 1v1 enemy champions. Shyvana excels at 1v1 situations, picking off out of place champions, and making the team miserable.
Have fun wrecking faces with a champion with insane AOE damage!
