The reason I ask is that you use flat CDR runes, however if you used Scaling CDR runes, you'd already surpass the Reduction the flat glyphs give you by level 10. Your 9 Flat CDR runes offer you -7.47% CDR. By level 10, the scaling runes offer 8.1% CDR, and continue to grow. So by level 18, if the game progresses that far, you're now sitting on -15.03% CDR, which in itself is worth a free CDR item from the shop.

On average games last 12 minutes. But this guide is currently outdated. If you want a free win, AP Sion is better.

Thanks for the link! I guess I should have read it first since I already broke the first commandment. Obviously I wasn't trying to hide my level, and now that the build is published, take it for what it is. Do provide feedback though!

I believe the guide should already work fine as it is and I'll definitely improve it as I reach level 30.
