Introduction
I don't play ADC a ton because of the IE nerfs but when I do its either Lucian or Sivir. Both are very easy to carry with. I am silver 1 (EagleBlades) (NA).
Runes
is really good even after the nerf it works pretty well at the moment and it is a need for any adc.

+ Easy to play + Very little skill needed to play her/easy to learn + best cs mechainc in the game + no real hard counters + has a free spell cleanse pretty much with her e + reprehenderit voluptate |

- VERY MANA DEPENDENT - base damage on all abilities is **** - doesn't have a go to support that is great with her in my experience - can't hyper carry - all damage is based on her w - easy to kite. |
