Ezreal has been an underrated champ for quite some time now. It wasn't until the Highly Anticipated Pulsefire Skin was revealed that you saw Ezreal's Appear everywhere. Everyone of his skills is a Skillshot and is not the champion for new players as he would be difficult to use if you aren't accustomed to LoL. Otherwise, he is one of the best carries that you can use in your gaming time on LoL. The other "plus" of Ezreal is that he is capable of being a great AD, as well as a great AP.

The selection of the AP per level runes over the base AP runes was just a personal preference as at lvl 18 you have almost twice the amount of AP as you do at level 18 with the base AP runes. You can also Substitute Magic Penetration Runes with Armor Penetration runes if you feel that your enemies will be stacking armor instead of Magic Resistance (which in most cases they are).

FLASH,FLASH,FLASH,FLASH! You MUST have this summoner spell equipped when using Ezreal. It makes him SOOOOO much more useful.

Other then you should use Ignite. At Early Levels and Sometimes even in later game this can be an effective way to "Turn the Tide" and seize kills that you would have normally not attained.
