Few points:

" Dont hurt enemy to 4 level. Seriously! At lvl 4 go to him and 2 hit him 2-4 basic attacks"
Garen has arguably the strongest early game of literally anyone. If you level judgement first you can farm well and zone your opponent with no read downsides...No sense wasting his early game potential

Also Madred's Bloodrazor is no good for him. He has such low attack speed that you really aren't getting much use out of it at all. I've seen people try to go straight dps garen, and this is usually what limits them.

Otherwise, it's a good tanky build that ought to be pretty effective.

If I'm reviewing your guide, it'd be nice to return the favor.

Yea, thats true, but if you start spamming him with Q (with damage 85+ at lvl1) he can be scarry and he dont give you chance to kill him (ELO 1500+)

I don't usually buy , but when i do, Garen is stronk like a boss. Huh. I know AS is **** on Garen, but Mardeds like last item, can be usefull (on enemy tanks/oftanks)
