This i a Dominion only Build! I dont know it works in classic mode too.

Talon is an Assassin Champion with very high burst Damage. Good played he can easily kill 2 or maybe 3 enemys, bad played you will get some kills but dont help your team.
This is my Build, its not perfect but you will see you get Kills,defend/take/hold Towers.
Hope its helping you. ;)

Pros:

+Can get kills easy
+With Ultimate you can Escape easy
+Your Ulti have a low cooldown
+Really funny to play
+Very good against Casters


Cons:

-When Ulti ends blades will show your position
-Easy target when Enemy Team have Oracle
-When CC´d your dead ;)

As Summoner Spells i take

Exhaust Perfect for 1on1 someone.

Ghost Perfect for Escaping/catch up someone/take point/deff point. (Perfect with Shadow Assault and Youmuu's Ghostblade)

You can also take Flash or Ignite but i recommend Ghost and Exhaust

As Runes i take

9x Greater Mark of Desolation Armorpen for more DMG! you really should take the armorpen marks here.

9x Greater Seal of Armor for some survivability. you can also take Greater Seal of Evasion

9x Greater Glyph of Magic Resist for some survivability. here you can take Greater Glyph of Cooldown Reduction as well.

3x Greater Quintessence of Desolation for more DMG! you can also take Greater Quintessence of Armor for more survivability.

As Masteries i take

22/0/8 for highest Damage.

Maybe you can take 21/8/1.

You start with The Brutalizer and some Boots.

Then you go for Ionian Boots of Lucidity.

After the Boots you take Youmuu's Ghostblade and a Vampiric Scepter.

Then take B. F. Sword and then save your money for Trinity Force.

When the Round isn´t over yet take Infinity Edge, Sanguine Blade and Last Whisper

Berserker's Greaves- No good choice for Talon because he is burst AD not ATS(Attack Speed).

Mobility Boots- Very much Movement Speed but when you get attacked this boots really sucks!

Boots of Swiftness- Very good for Talon, they are good for chasing.

Ionian Boots of Lucidity- My Favorite for Talon, becuase of the Cooldownreduction you can use your skills very often.

Mercury's Treads- If theres much CC you can get this.

When you take Bot, Try to kill your opponent and take the tower and hold it.

If your Top take First point or run to the wind mill. distract your enemy by attacking them

with Rake, so your team can take wind mill

Talon deals very much Damage, but when there are 2 or 3 enemys at the Tower you can take the

creeps for taking it or asking your Teammates.

Sometimes you need to capture another tower to split up the enemys team.
