hello this is my taric build , i am wery offence support that like harras 'em a lot to give my adc kills

yes i go full ap in runes so i can do som dmg to their adc. and also give my heal some extra ''feel''

it's all about helping the adc and the team as you can se

flash and exhaust. well it's ''meta'' on supports i guess but it works , and why change that ?

but you can also go heal/exhaust but if you do you shuld buy your shoes much earlier

only make last hits when adc not there . poke minions if your adc feel good about it (to gain back mana) (passive)
