Hit and run is the name of the game... Toxic shot the damage as often as you can, just don't give yourself up! I usually get the mana medallion. Even with clarity I expel mana pretty quick.

At this point you should have all starting items and Nashor's Tooth. So just pick at them for a bit and try to get any kills available. Use your Toxic trap as often of you can! Brush, alleys, anywhere towers can't reveal them and minions can't trigger them.

I always set one before I go into a fight. its gives me an escape route in case things get hairy. the poison damage might get an ally a kill as well.

By now you should have the first four items in my lineup. People are thinking very little of you because you've gotten only a couple kills. But don't worry, the tides have turned in your favor!

Your attacks should looks like Blinding Dart, Basic Attack, Move Quick, Basic Attack, Toxic Trap. If they're close to death keep at them! If they have you on the ropes, wait for your toxic trap to spring and RUN AWAY! Teemo is still very fragile!

At this point you should have all items and people are afraid to get close... Just kill your way through everything! Remember to look out for enemy traps. I've only been able to take on three people with this and no more.

The name of the game is still hit and run, if you encounter more than one set a toxic trap and get out of there. You an always lead and kill them one at a time.
