Runaan's is good because you hit 2 Enemies with ur Poison at the same time and the Nahsor's gives much AttackSpeed and AP.
If you are able to buy this Items in Early-Game you are the KILLER! :P
Spells
The standart Speels are Ignite and Flash but you can change them if you want.
Some that I can recommend u are: Exhaust, Teleport & Ghost.
