Hello everyone and welcome to my first guide. I'd like to introduce to you all my Teemo Build. Now Your all probably used to the standard attack speed/hybrid Teemo builds everyone seems to love. Well personally i prefer almost instantly killing people. And with this build most fights won't even last 2 seconds. So try it out and enjoy! (willing to take criticism on how to make this build better, and i am sorry for lack of explanation for the time)
