The Strategy
On the Visual Guide, Kayn is Red, Yasuo is Orange, and Hecarim is Green.
FIRST PHASE

Kayn starts ally raptors. He does not normally need a leash to begin with anyways. Hecarim will start ally blue. You can choose to leash him as Yasuo or you can leave him to smite it, I have yet to try it so you can choose which. The Yasuo then starts enemy red or blue, depending on what their jungler starts. After each person clears their jungle, they leave to their respective parts except for Kayn. I will touch in him soon. Yasuo goes mid lane to gather more CS and push the mid laner off of the turret. Make sure to constantly have vision on enemies jungle. Hecarim goes top side after his clear to do the same as Yasuo, knock the top laner off of the turret and gather CS. No one should go back before the end of the first phase.

Kayn is special. He is the actual jungler in this scenario. He sticks to (mostly) the enemy's jungle. Make sure your team is communicating so that you don't accidentally steal some of their jungle, interrupting phase 2. You will also be in charge of killing the scuttles if the other laners do not want it. Make sure to gank a few lanes with melee champions as you will only be going darken.

SECOND PHASE

Phase 2 is when everyone goes back, hopefully around 8-10 minutes. Kayn should, if not already, be quite close to darken. You should buy the items you can and resume jungling. Push your laners off of the tower when necessary, and around 11-14 minutes, if not already up, go for drake or rift herald. With 3 smites you should be able to kill them extra fast ;) Phase 2 is quite different in the fact that now you should be ganking in groups. Use team work and cooperation to map out the enemies pathing to ensure a kill. If you don't kill them it's fine, as long as they are set back. Move as a pack, take objectives and destroy.

THIRD PHASE

With the synergy of Hecarim, Yasuo and Darken Kayn, you should wipe team fights with ease. Hecarim fears people into the Kayn, Kayn can knock up, and then Yasuo will ult. This is the ultimate reason that Kayn ALWAYS goes Darken and not shadow.

Conclusion

This should maul games. Either in a good way or a bad way, as I've yet to have tried it.
