Introduction
Greater Quint of Strength: This will improve your early game damage output and make for easier last hitting.
Greater Mark of Strength: Same as above.
Greater Mark of Desolation: This will neglect the amount of armor the average champion has at level 1.
Greater Seal of Resilience: The current meta game calls for AD bot with an AP support. Since the main damage on bot will be the AD Carry, I use these runes to help resist some of that damage.
Greater Glyph of Focus: Ezreal is an AD carry who's primary late game damage is from auto attacks. With that being said, Ezreal also has a relatively short auto attack range and relies heavily on Arcane Shift and Mystic Shot for escapes and additional damage.

This allows for Ezreal to be more aggressive early game with improved damage and increased survivability.
Why Vampirism over Havoc? The 1.5% damage increase is insignificant where as the 3% lifesteal is useful for lane sustain and improves your survivability slightly during a fight.
Why Hardiness over Resistance? The primary damage dealer on bottom is the AD carry therefore reducing their damage is of more importance.
