Very mobile and lots of ways out. A pain to keep up with and if she gets the charm on you its likely you're dead. Harass her and stay away from her Q. Once she's low, jump on her and aim your E where you think she'll ult to (towards the side or the back).
Akali
Insane burst. Your harass is better but she has lots of damage. If she uses her W (the shadow zone where she dissapears), use yoru W in it to do damage as it covers most of the zone. This matchup is all about who jumps first.
Annie
From her Q she gets almost unlimited mana from killing minions. She will stack her passive and hurt you. Do not get caught in her stuns or you're dead. Try to bait out her ult with you E to jump to safety and then burst her down. Be quick to kill her or you're dead.
Azir
Will harass you a lot. You will have a horrible laning phase. Once you jump on him he can ult you away. Farm as best as you can and wait for gank. Once you jump on him, move behind him to evade his ult andfinish your combo. Be quick.
Brand
Lots of damage and range champ means he can auto attack harass you. He is very impbine so evade his stun and kill him. He wont be able to do much to stop you.
Diana
Like akali, lost of damage. She can break your combo with her E so careful. Jump on her and kill her quick. If she jumps first ult to hide or you'll be dead in less than 2 s. Avld her Q by placing yourself well.
Ekko
Rito did it again. Another anti assassin champion. He will ult his health back to about 60%. Burst him when his shadow is away form where you are so you dont take damage. He will ult and you can just wait for your W+E+auto+Q+E him to end his life. He wont have an escape. Careful with his harass and don't get stunned.
Ezreal
Rage harass. Just farm and hump on him. If he already used arcane shift he's dead. If he shifts away, use your ult speed buff and black cleaver's speed buff and the gost blade to get to him. Very squishy.
Fizz
You will hate your laning phase. He can evade all of your burst on his pole. If fizz is good you will never hit him but he will be dealing all of his damage o you. Ask for helo, cc and ganks.
Heimerdinger
He will farm and push and farm and push. Annoying to lane against. His turrets can kill you easily. Wait for help and burst then get out while you can. STAY AWAY FROM HIS BIG TURRET> IT HAS HUGE RANGE!
Katarina
She jumps on you, ult and move away then burst combo. If she doesn't kill her. She has as good harass as you, just be careful of who gets ahead.
Kassadin
Very mobile but super squishy. His shied does not help and his passive is useless cause you are AD. Just harass him and burst him before he can ult away. Has good burst but yours is better.
Kayle
That ult will make you cry as a bleeding, ignited 3 PV enemy will waltz away and live. He has good constant damage and if she gets 2+ autos on you you're probably going to die. Burst her down before she realzes whats going on. If you're too slow she will ult and kill you.
Lulu
Her ult will do nothing to save her late game. Early though it will suck. Harass her a lot but be careful wit her glitter lance and her long range double autos.
Kog'Maw
Lots of harass but super squishy and very imobile. You jump on him, you kill him, you evade passive, you repeat.
Lux
She can stop you with a good cage. If you're marked you're going to get chunked. Be careful. If she misses her cage, kill her as even her shield will not save her. Just know your damage output before going all in.
Malzahar
The harass and silence will get you killed. Get an early QSS if he's good because when he ults you WILL DIE. burst him fast or die. Super squichy and no escape. Easy target once his ult is down.
Orianna
Evade the shockwave with E then burst time. If she doesn't move her ball away, you can probably farm better. If she tries to ult on herself, use your ult+ghostblade+phage to move away quickly enough to evede it before going back in to kill her.
Talon
Its all skill. One who has mastered the combo wins. He will probably build more ad, get some armor or some help to kill in lane. Remember, you're build will make your damage true damage against all carries and you can burst tanks. Just be careful early but mid to late your damage will outscale his.
Twisted Fate
Just wait until he cards a minion or autos a minion then burst him. This wont give him enough time to pull a yellow card out to hit you. Careful with the gold card and evade his Q, it really isn't that hard.
LeBlanc
The buurst queen can 100-0 in less than a second. If she pulls the trigger first, ult to hide then burst her. Ult to be invisible and kill her before she can distor or flash away. If you jump first be quick or she will chain + flash/distort away.
Yasuo
Windwall will block your ult and your Q. Draw it out or use positioning to expose him. His autos chunk and if he ults you its grey screen time. Do not forget his passive. Once you got the wall and the passive down, he's easy enough to kill.
Zed
Itùs skill once again. He ults you, you ult to hide, you ult him he ults to evade damage. Careful.
Ziggs
His harass is very strong. You will be in pain most of the laning phase. If you can draw him out to the middle of the lane, jump him and kill him. He has low mobility and you can easily evade satchel charge (w).
Talon is one of those old school assassins. High burst, no excapes cause everyone should be dead. You can take down multiple targets with the same combo and with the 45% CDR you can chain the kills like never before. Talon is not easy to master, his skill set is not that complicated but sinc eyou have to go all in each time it takes time to know when to kill and when to just harass. Wards are your best friends. Spam them to keep yourself safe as you have no way out of a gank. If someone CCs you you're dead. If you get silenced, you're dead. If you jump on someone, they're dead.
Runes
Runes
The runes in this build are made to help you deal true damage against carries and kill tanks with one good combo as long as they have less than 300 armor (so basically everyone in a normal game. If your team only has ad, then its going to suck cause you'll need 2 combos to kill tanks.)
They are not the only runes available so just experiment but these are my favorite as this new juggernaught metta makes assassinations hard.

Talon CAN CARRY. You just need to pick it in the right situation. In lower elos, you can spam him. Just know your matchups first as he is hard to master and enjoy the lood flowing through the battlefield as you rush their base. Be careful not to fall behind or your will do very little damage. If you're ahead kill all and then win.
