So you might ask yourself this is just another worthless *** build on Bard the Wandering Feeder.

NO!!! this is the true way to build Bard into a supporting carry. I will explain why this build is so strong.

This Bard build is made for the players who at least know how to play him decently. So if you are a New player exit now and go play Garen or some ****. Or if you can't land skillshots with ease or at least know how to land it right you CANNOT PLAY BARD.

The Build will make Bard both Tanky and Bursty (only late game though).

In the early game you will be pretty passive land Q from time to time, just to help your ADC also heal him or her once a few seconds.

When you get your Rod of Ages and start building your Liandry's, in the pre mid game, OH BOY! you will start to take those ADCs down the drain. Your tankiness this early is a game changer when you can both take a hit and hurt them too.

Pre Late game when you finish your Morellicon and almost finish your Rabadons Cap you will do strong ap damage against anyone ANYONE (except Full tanked 1000 stacks Sion).

Late Game, full build you will be considered a Bard God amongs men, your tankiness will make you hard to be bursted. Your Ap damage will rival your mid laner's. If you land everything right YOU WILL AT LEAST DO A TRIPLE KILL every 5 minutes.

And finally you must at least have a minimum of 70 chimes before the end of your Build.

Only farm when ADC is at Fountain (it's obvious)

Try maxing Q earliest possible for the early harrass if your ADC is agressive.
If your ADC is passive rotate between maxing Q and W.

In team fights you will have to try to double stun at least 2 targets. No matter if it's the tank or adc or even supp.

Also try ulting 3 of them to burst down the 2 remaining ones (let your team kill them, they are more effective)

Or use ult to save team from any HIGH AOE ranged ult, like Ezreal ult, Jhin ult or even Ekko ult(it may be hard to do though).

In a 1v1 you against enemy supp try aa Q aa him so at least half his or her hp is down. If they try to escape from your soon to come damage just ult them and do the same thing again.

Beware not to 1v1 High mobile enemies or else you will have a bad time.

Pros

Extremely Powerful Ap late game
High substain in teamfights with W in mid game
Decent early game
Overpowered passive.
Relatively Tanky in the Pre Late game

Cons

Very Passive early game
When Q and E are down extremely vulnerable
Weak mobility
Is countered by high bursty assassins early to pre mid game.

Play safe early, start teemo harassing them pre mid and win late game
