Introduction

This is a guide to a mid lane thresh, and yes its possible.
just follow this build and good luck.

Pros / Cons

Cons:
Thresh can by squishy depending on how you preform during gameplay. I recommend you just focus on farm and harass, until you feel you can kill the champion in lane.

Pros:
Good range for attacks.
Has nice amount of armor.
Good in team fights.

Combos

To make thresh successful in lane, you need combos.

For instance:

Ingage with Your (Q) pull the enemy in and activate (E) Then Activate (R) and finish off with basic attacks. Or use Blade of the Ruined kings to finish.

Or you can do (W) near the Enemy, activate (Q) and pull the enemy in, Then Activate (R) and finish off with basic attacks. Or use Blade of the Ruined Kings to finish.

Achieve the Super

To achieve a Penta or an Quadra. You must rely on your team. Don't be really greedy.
let your team engage in a team fight and time, when the enemy team is falling, follow in with your (W) into the fight, pull in any running people with (Q) and finish them off by basic or if they are in range activate (E) and finish with basic attacks. if they are grouped up and haven't ran, Use (R) and trap as much as you can, Activate (Q), pulling one of them out, and activating (E) and finishing them off with Basic attacks.
