Last hitting with thresh is so easy thanks to his passive, make sure not to attack too often to take full advantage of it. Great to punish enemy laner with one big whack when he steps forward for that cs. If enemy laner is pushing hard try to freeze lane before tower, shouldn't have a prob farming thanks to his range. Dont forget to throw out that lantern for the souls. Try to hook enemy laner and hook(Q) and E him under the turret.

A combo with the hourglass(I set it to 1) is WQQR1. Use in team fights. Drop lantern, Q enemy Q yourself to them, use Ult., activate hourglass. If done correctly when the enmy team is bunched up you can lock them down or scatter them also allowing a teammate to grab the lantern and fallow up.
