NOTICE: THIS MOST LIKELY WON'T WORK OUTSIDE OF LOWER SILVER AND BELOW
But if you fit in to that category, this **** is busted. As of right writing this, I have mastery 7 on Twisted Fate from only using this build. (It's pretty fun when it works).
Pros:
If you win lane, you usually don't get reported
You get to melt anyone, and everyone
Usually top the damage charts (and that's all that matters)
Confuse both teams
Tip your hat and flash mastery after every kill
Cons:
If you lose lane, you get reported for trolling
Fiora
You can be shut down very easily by the enemy jungler
You kinda suck at everything that isn't split pushing or dueling
If they can survive your stun, you are absolutely defenseless
A single summoner spell will remove your offensive and defensive capabilities in one swoop, luckily no one brings cleanse, Usually
If you win lane, you usually don't get reported

Most match ups are a simple situation. Farm, stun when they engage, Farm, Farm, Farm.
Typically, don't bother fighting unless your jungler comes or you can secure a kill.
Save your stun card for your engage or their engage. Stay safe when it's down.
Make sure to ward consistently, A jungler gank would stop your farming rampage.
Now listen to this very important tip, your ult is an escape in the early game. Don't roam until you have completed the 2 core items. If a jungler comes, ult to safety.
The next phase begins once you have bought rapid fire cannon and BotRK...
Typically, don't bother fighting unless your jungler comes or you can secure a kill.
Save your stun card for your engage or their engage. Stay safe when it's down.
Make sure to ward consistently, A jungler gank would stop your farming rampage.
Now listen to this very important tip, your ult is an escape in the early game. Don't roam until you have completed the 2 core items. If a jungler comes, ult to safety.

Now things get fun, you actually have the damage, AS, and range to tear through the enemy. The stun card can keep someone down for 2 seconds, enough time to destroy them.
The BotRK slow and damage can stop someone even if they survive the stun.
You are now free to use your ult as you see fit, as long as you keep farming like a monster.
Splitpush side lanes and look for picks around this point. Don't teamfight during this stage of the game, even if your team needs you desperately. (The mute button exists for a reason.)
Once you get into the 3rd and 4th items, you move into the next phase...
The BotRK slow and damage can stop someone even if they survive the stun.
You are now free to use your ult as you see fit, as long as you keep farming like a monster.

They all can't do anything when they're stuck by a 2 second stun. That should be more than enough time to lay into those who tried to stop your ascent to power.
