Harass Harass Harass. Get your Q in early. Baits his E out and please remember! Do not aa him when he got his E because he gets more damage of you later. Try to baits his E also when there's no minion. So that his E damages will be much lower than you expected!
Remember we are MAXING E so no melee is a problem in general!
Fiora
A good old Fiora. To beat her again, we need to relie on our E with the true damage power spike. Make sure don't her W your E. If she did that, your damage output will be worst.
Even though, she can't stuns you with her W cos you got no CC. But please dodge her W if possible, cos *Reduce attack speed

Aatrox
1 tips against Aatrox. Make sure he used his Q the third time. As soon as he did. GO all in on him. Cos his Q cool down is really high. So in that case, he got nothing really to fight you. Make sure get reduce health items! Thats all

Darius
Both Darius and Olaf is strong early. However, Darius got his passive and his Q to get your sort really quickly. Try to wait for jg to help. The only time you can fight him is when his Q is on cool down as well as W.

Its not difficult at all. Most urgot get his E first in level 1. When he used his burst E. M ake sure all in him in level 1.

Mordekaiser
Mordekaiser seems hard right?
But its actually easy if you plays it right and harass harass harass him in level 1. Use your Q chase him down like you do for most champion. But make sure dodge his E. Than it will be greatly reduces the time he can stacks his passive.
Your R can get away from his R!

Riven
Honestly, I can't imagine how easy it is to beat her. With her Q and E cool down increases. She isnt really a threat.
Remember no Q riven has got no burst. Riven got low base health so 3 Es and she will be dead in level 5.

Maokai
Honestly, with you maxing E first than Q. Maokai is no threats at all and just waited to be killed in lane.
Only things to remember is to dodge his Q and thats the only burst and don't stand to close. You rather let it slow you than knocks up for one second.
Malphite
I am sorry but with you Maxing E. His Armor stacking is no use.
Tips:
All you need to remember is when his E is on cool down so no reduce attack speed debuff than you can all in him. Again use Q to harassing him so that he can't get his shield back.
Gnar
Gnar is the champion where you have to think to either max Q or max E. Cos Gnar can poke you with Q a lot and have his E to get away from things.
Tips:
So you have to make sure when his Mega Gnar is down. Go all in. Thats the only chances..
Max Q or E
Quinn
Olaf is specially well against range. With your Q you can actually deals more damage than she deals to you. Most Quinn runs ignite so make sure don't go all in too easily. But try to get her health low in level 1 by QQQQQQ.
MAX Q not E
Jarvan IV
Just like other tanks. Jarvan IV would't be a threats at all. With him being E Q and than do nothing. You can simply flash away. You can fight him in level 1 easy.

Cho'Gath
Try to kill him ASAP. Make sure you get ruined king for this champion. He gets low of stacks in mid game and can potentially R you easily. So make sure control lane well.
Tips:
Try to kill him before 6. You will have to get ruby crystal no matter what. Or he can one combo you at level 6.
Your E is like his R so make sure spam it as much as you can
Max E not Q
Nasus
Ruined King is a must for Nasus too. Try maybe rush executioner as well for the reduce in health.
Tips:
Don't fight Nasus in his E circle and when he got W try not to fight.

Wukong
If this monkey dares to fight the berserker and E you. Than E him back. In term of Health stats and attack damage stats.
Tips :
When he got no W to dodge your E. He is basically death. Prevent his E Q spams you in early. Even if he does heals up using W.

Hecarim
Hecarim heals a lot from his W. He got his Q to get the damage up and charges his E to go up a burst to you.
Tips:
Cares his Q empowered the 2 stacks
Hericam is strong early too with the W heals from the minion
Slow him to reduces his bonus AD from your Q

Vayne
Vayne is basically fiora but range version. They usually runs press the attack runes to increase its burst in lane. But remember with maxing your E, you can deals more damage to her and what she can do to you in early.
Tips:
Don't max Q since she can most likely dodge it with her Q.
Runs down on her when she not got E ability.

Camille
Camille is one of the long range melee. She has got True damage just like your E but she got to loads up.
Tips:
Don't let her heals you from W outer range. Walks to her inner range if you have to
Make sure burn her passive before you use your E
Carefully time her Q cool down

Dr. Mundo
Dr mundo has high health regan and base health. Therefore, we run down to the root where we have to rush ruined king. Harass Harass in level 1
TIps:
Dr Mundo Don't have burst When his E is on cool down.
Dodge his Q since most Mundo Max Q

Irelia
Irelia is one of the champion you really should beat her. Since Olaf is made to counter her!
Tips:
Be aware of her passive charge up to 4 stacks
She can't kill you when is on a flat ground (No minions)

Xin Zhao
Xin Zhao has really low base health stats and when his Q is on cool down is easy to get him out of the game.
Tips
Can fight him anytime but prevent his E Q burst.
Bullys him out of the lane easy

Lissandra
Lissandra the CC Queen. Well you think she can kills you? Not really, you can just heals up using your W in lane. Her reachs is actually really low so get your E max and bullys her
Tips:
Baits her W by walking close to her and U turn quickly like RIVEN
She can't trade against you
MAX E not Q!
Akali
Akali used to be so much of a counter with her abilities Q has lower cool down and low energy consumptions. But with her stats now, she has not got a burst in early and Q cool down goes up. She can't really trades up.
Tips :
No W Akali = Death. Make sure her E is out of the way too.
Baits her Q. She can't clean waves so you can push it in if you want.

Gangplank
GP is a long range melee champion. So it is confusing in what to build against him. But you can runs clothes armor to fight up.
Tips:
Stacks armor up in early and max E. So you are still doing tons of damage on him.

Kled
Kled is one of the hard to fight. Since with maxing your E, he has his little purple bars to get away from your true damage.
Tips:
Make sure no W and Q Kled than he basically not got a power spike, When in fight time about 5 seconds ish than back off. So that he hasn't got his Q to turns

Rengar
Rengar is acutally a counter for olaf in top lane. With his great burst of double Q and sustains attack speeds
and his W can heal off half of your E damage.
Tips:
Stacks armor like you do for GP. Max E and wait for his bar goes down. Especially no W its the time to strike up

Nautilus
Nautilus is classify one of the CC brothers rest (Malphite, Maokai, Ornn) Since he has high CC which means he has low damage and low burst abilities. Also in normal game he has 8%+ damage dealt. He has low base health stats so you can easily fight him with your E.
Tips:
If you are really scared of the Titan, you can wait for him to burns his mana off than engages.
When he W use your E to destroy it instantly.

Nocturne
No offence, but I really doubt you will fight against a Noc in top. But if that happens, you need to make sure don't E to his W.
Tips:
Don't fight a Nocturne when he got his Q. Cos he gains stupid AD for it.
Trundle
Trundle has got a low base health stats to be fair. But his Q and his passive make him a strong character to fights. Since he get decent sustains from it.
Tips:
Wait for his Q debuff out of you. Use E to trades with him if need.
When he did R you, make sure try to burst him out as soon as possible.

Illaoi
Illaoi is basically Female Darius. You need to avoid her E and Q as much as possible. When in 6 you need to play it safe.
Tips:
Bring ignite rather than Teleport if necessary
Get your reduce healing in to fight her
Dodge E and Q are a must!
Max E not Q!
Vladimir
Vladimir is one of the QQ master. Honestly, I am not too bother about him, if you stacks a little bit of MR in early. Get your boost up to chase him! Ruined king will be great against his passive
Tips:
Make sure don't let him get a free Q on you.
Fight him in level 1 and early to prevent him from farms up in mid game
Max Q not E !
Ornn
ORNN is a tank plus tank slayer. Part of the Tank brothers, So you will have to make sure he doesn't get the W debuff on you. Make sure walk away from wall before 6.
Tips:
W debuff is strong in early. When W debuff is off, Ornn is not a tank slayer just a tank.
Your R can beats him up at 6.
Max E not Q!
Galio
Galio is a easy fight for you since Galio is strong against magic damage. But with your True damage etc, his W can not block that damage and it goes straight through.
Tips:
Before 6 has to watch out his CC combo W-E-Passive

Ryze
Ryze is anti melee mage in top lane. Relatively hard to fight in mid. His combo being QEQWQ. Try to burns his flash in level 1
Tips :
Make sure don't stand to close to minion cos his E bounces than Q power spikes.
He can always R away from you so burst him up wisely

Pantheon
Pantheon is op in term of his early rush but you can definitely fight him if he hasn't got press the attack in level 1.
Tips:
Make sure don't use your E into his E. Because than you wouldn't do any damage.
But when hits 6, you got one more abilities than him so you will be just gucci

Sion
Sion just a tank boi. He also one of the melee range poke champion. In late game he will be super tanky. So make sure rush ruined king.
Tips:
Dodge his Q abilities since it does loads of damage.
Try not to dive this man since he got W which equals to his max health.

Yorick
Yorick is late op champion with strong 6. So make sure harass as much you can do in early. He has got base low health stats so its worth harass in early.
Tips:
Care his E Q Q combo.
Your attack speed should be cool against his W
When he got his R up. Make sure burst him up with your E

Why Olaf top?
Olaf top is strong early-mid top laner with lots of burst and sustainable damages. He can also be a really good tank in late game.Olaf is a great fighter in season 10 with lots of sustain damage and a decent frontline with lots of damage in mid game and provides a great source of charging unit. Olaf can fears the enimes backline easily without doubts! With the great use of the passive. You can easily 1 vs 2.
Origins of Olaf top
Ever since the starts of season 2. He has always been a top laner before the nerfs for the R passive removed armor pentration at the start of season 3. He then get reworked on his from attack damages, life steals and spell vamps to attack speeds, life steals and health regeneration scales with missing health. How to Lane?
With Olaf top. Your best bet is to runs down and start the fight in level 1. Remember get your Q first to get things starter. A good Olaf top, will try to fight as soon as possible. Try to get in the brush and harass up. Don't be scared and go all in ! You are a Berserker not walker. Big up and fight up.
