Introduction
-
Prefer to do more damage with Ezreal's Abilities rather than his autoattacks
Want to do significantly more damage with Ezreal's E and R
Think AD or AP Ezreal is a bit too boring
*******Note******* I am rushing right now. I will update this guide later to explain everything and make it look prettier. Hopefully I can get some feedback on the actual build, rather than the guide.
9 Mana Regeneration per Level Seals
9 Cooldown Reduction per Level Glyphs
3 Health Quintessences OR 2 Health + 1 Attack Damage Quintessences
This provides Ezreal with a boost in early game survivability, as Ezreal is really squishy, late game sustain, and the ability to spam your Q in the late game (With blue buff and CDR/level runes, Ezreal can shoot his Q about once every second, assuming you hit with it).
I haven't gotten the chance to try out the Hybrid runes yet, since I don't have them yet (I've been spending my IP on other runes that I need for other champions). I will update this when I do try them out.
Another good item, but unusual to most Ezreal builds (Except AP), the Sorcerer's Shoes. I found that after getting these, Ezreal's E and R became serious threats. The enemy team's squishy carries will get their life bar melted by Ezreal's magic damage abilities with these shoes on. Many builds use Berserker's Greaves, but getting Guinsuo's Rageblade balances out the missing attack speed you get from them.
Bloodthirster is a staple, mostly because it gives Ezreal's Autoattacks, Q, and R a lot more bite. No need to explain any further. BT is just an amazing item.
Rylai's Crystal Scepter. Probably the most unusual item in here. Why get this when Tri-force makes Ezreal's Q slow anyway? Well for one, it gives all of Ezreal's other abilities the ability to slow enemy champions, a 100% chance to slow. Two, it gives Ezreal a lot more tankyness, so he's not as squishy as a normal glass cannon Ezreal. Three, it gives a pretty good boost in AP, which gives Ezreal's abilities (Except his Q, just a little) a nice boost in power.
