Guys, not going to lie but until you have Sheen and Tear of goddess, laning phase is going to be rather boring or hard. Try to let enemy push and always try to pull your opponent into tower range and make them take damage. Do not be foolish and pull them in anytime. Untill you have 1 to 2 items, avoid fighting.

Start off dorans blade. Why? You would't want to cast spells all the time and waste your mana. Anyway, order goes like this.
Tear of goddess is the first item. Don't upgrade yet, buy sheen after it. Once you have both of these, buy boots of lucidity. After having 3 items, get Manamune. After manamune, leave your sheen and get Bilgewater Cutlass. After that, Buy Ice born gauntlet then BORK. When you have Muramana, buy another tear. After another tear, buy Glacial shroud then Archangel's staff. Last item is Frozen Heart.
So pretty much its
1. Manamune
2. Boots of Lucidity
3. Ice born gauntlet
4. BORK
5. Archangel's staff
6. Frozen Heart

Now this build is focused on Mana you might have realised. Why? You guys all knew the passive yeh? If you didn't, let me tell you. His passive is Mana shield where it gives him a shield depending on Mana. With that build, as you can see you will get sh*tload of Mana. When the passive gets activated, you get a shield almost as much as your health. Did I also mention this build does lots of damage too? strong auto attacks plus free attack speed with Blitzcrank's W. It's actually a very, very strong build.

Now probably are thinking 'this guys runes and masteries suck!' but hey, those runes and masteries work just fine. No haters pls <3

Max Q, for low cooldowns then Max E so you can knock em up more often then finally W. <3
