Items

Build Luden's Echo first if you´re ahead, Zhonya's Hourglass if you need more Survivability. Pick one of the finishing Items depending on what you need in the current situation.

Boots: Because of the Movement Speed Buff in URF, Boots aren´t 100% necessary. Since Evelyn is very dependent on her movement speed to deal constant damage, I still recommend to buy them. You can replace the boots with one of the finishing items in Late Game, if you think that you can afford the loss of movement speed.

If you decide against buying boots, you should consider replacing your AP with Movement Speed Quints and/or replacing 3 points in Defense with 3 Points in Fleet of Foot on your mastery page, as you can see here:

Will of the Ancients or Hextech Gunblade ???

If you compare these items, you can see that both of them provide the same amount of the two important stats we need: Ability Power and Spell Vamp.

Additional, Will of the Ancients provides 10% Cooldown Reduction which is completely useless in URF.
Hextech Gunblade provides with a bit Attack Damage, Lifesteal and a nice Active some - more or less useful - extra stats while it´s also 800 gold more expensive than Will of the Ancients.

In summary it can be said that Hextech Gunblade is the better choice if you´re ahead or doing "normal", while you should take Will of the Ancients if you´re behind and need to save your gold to complete your build.

If you´ve chosen Will of the Ancients and your build is complete, I highly recommend you to change the item with Hextech Gunblade with your extra gold.
