Nocturne
He's a huge threat. Do not duel him under any circumstances especially if they have experience with Nocturne as they'll most likely block a duel-winning ability. His presence pre 6 isn't the best but if you go too far and he fears you be prepared to burn a flash.
Introduction
Flurry makes jungling and dueling much easier for Lee Sin. The energy regen part allows you to jungle/duel without worrying about running out of energy as long as you are autoattacking. Lee Sin, like most AD champions, does not do a lot of damage with his abilities alone.

Your gap closer, assassination, etc ability. If you land this ability your enemy will be in for a lot of pain. The extra % missing hp damage from Resonating Strike makes it easier for you to assassinate and secure objectives. Note that monsters and minions take a maximum of 400 bonus damage. The True Sight given by Sonic Wave allows you to chase invisible targets, this True Sight is removed after Resonating Strike is either used or 3 seconds expire.

In combination with your Sonic Wave and Dragon's Rage you can make plays involving 1-combo kills or setting up an important kill for your team. This ability, although strong when leveled up, is a one point wonder in comparison to your other abilities that do actual damage.

Before the Attack Speed was patched away, this was the first ability to be maxed. The damage was low and the per-level scaling even lower but the 60% MS and AS slow was too good to pass up. With the superior damage scaling from Sonic Wave I would recommend maxing this ability second.
Oh boy, this ultimate. Huge damage, huge scaling. The utility alone is enough to make anyone afraid but with that huge nuke attached to it... Dragon's Rage has a plethora of uses ranging from escaping, assassinating, setting up kills, etc. The knockback has the range of 3 flashes, easily bringing an important target into the grasps of your team. Combo-ing your Q with this will allow you to assassinate any enemies thinking they're about to kill you.
