Hi Im just a guy who loves to play Veigar and I have been using this build for a long time but never seen a guide with this build so I wanted to create one for you. This build can be a bit expensive so you need to do loads of stack but if you are not comfortable with Veigar do not use this build because it is going to be hard to carry the game with this build. If you do good stack you can have 800-1000 ap with 2 items only (Rod of Ages & Rabadon). I take barrier because veigar is not like yasuo, ezreal etc. he can not escape when he is in a hard situation so I take barrier to stay alive longer and kill everyone who tries to kill me but if you want you can take ghost too. I do not recomend Ignite because you do not need any extra damage when you can one shot them and we do stacks in the early game so do not take it. If you want to take anything else I do not recomend it but you can try it ofcourse :)

Like I said in the introduction this build is a bit expensive but it makes you unkillable because of the Seraph & Barrier also destructive at the same time thanks to Rabadon and Void.

Pros:
-%30 CD Reduction and +%15 for your ulti because of the runes (If you have blue %40)
-1300-1500 AP with good AP Pen
Cons:
-Expensive build

I know it is short but there is nothing much to say because everything is connected so you should know if you are good with Veigar and know how to play against certain champs you can easily win the games with rapid skills and huge bursts (of course if your team is not really really really really bad).
