Get a tank or mage (Lux preferably) to cover you, and stand with your minions as much as possible. This build can't take a lot of hits so be careful around other champions at first, until you get about half the build done, after that you can usually decimate them, and solo the dragon. I usually use this build to slaughter minions and towers in seconds. When the build is complete you can destroy mages and low defense barbarian champions with ease.

I don't think this is the best build, but it works well for low level summoners. When the build is complete you can defeat most non-smurf summoners with ease. I'm fairly new to the game so don't be too hard on me for the low defensive stats, I'm trying to find something to offset that issue.
