Vayne - Hunt, Kite, Kill!

You should try to cs as much as possible and mostly play passive. Vayne is weak in early game and if you get stomped you will have a hard time getting back in to the game. If you have lane problems or you are getting zoned ask the jungler for help, even if you dont kill the enemy try to atleast scare them away and force them to go back, they will miss some exp and cs. This could open a chance for a kill.
In the mid game you should either stay with your team and take objectives or cs safely alone to get stronger in the late game. By this time you should probably have your Blade of the Ruined King and Phantom Dancer . You should be able to 1v1 their adc but dont try your luck if you are not sure. If you are getting caught very often tell your support to stay with you and dont facechek bushes like crazy!
This is the time where you shine! Vayne is an extreme late game carry. With these items all you have to do is stay in the back of the teamfights and simply free shot as much as possible. If they try to focus you Ult+Q to go invisible and repossition yourself. Keep them far away from you with your E and try to stun them in a wall if possible. At rank 5 your Q will have a low cooldown so dont be scared to spam it but be carefull in what direction you tumble too so you dont get caught. Always focus into 1 target so you apply as many procs from your W as possible.
Supports you are good with:
Vayne has really good synergy with most of the supports, because she can deal a lot of dmg in a short period of time. If the enemy is CCed(wich most support can do)you will be able to take 3/4 or even 2/4 of the enemy hp. But thats your weakness too. In return for the big dmg output Vayne is pretty squishy-low hp and armor/magic resist. This means you can easly die if you get stunned/hooked/pulled or even knocked, because most likely their adc will focus you down. Thats why your possitioning can save your life or kill you. BE CAREFUL!
Carries you are good against:
Vayne is weak in early game so she will have problems against carries like Caitlyn because she is strong in early game and can stomp on Vayne with her range and high damage. Marksmans with high early dmg output will make you some problems in the laning phase but in the late game there isn't an adc that can match you.
Flash is a must have spell for every adc. It can help you escape or engage. If used wisely it can get you out of every sticky situation but it has a very long cooldown so try to not waste it or it will leave you vulnerable, meaning you will be an easy kill.
Heal is very effective now for the adc, not just because they can keep them alive in surtain situations, but now it also gives you movement speed that allows to escape easier and also chase very good. Mobillity is suport important on Vayne and now with the extra MS its even better.

Greater Seal of Armor
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist
Greater Quintessence of Life Steal
I think these runes are perfect for Vayne because the dmg from the mark is essential for every adc and you will need the armor and magic resist from the glyps and seals to be more durable. The lifesteal from the Quints will allow you to stay longer in lane just by CSing wich is perfect. Of couse you can change them however you want.
