i know the build looks a bit strange but you can get tons of ap and the enemies wont even see you coming especially if you use the passive on your q then you can have nearly 1000 ap late game if you get alot of last hits with your q (200-300) this is what makes veigar so powerful at nuking, i know the guide isnt much and if you want an in depth guide on how veigar works this is not the place but this will give you a very powerful early and late game build which will destroy your enemies especially if you have a coordinated team you can use your stun to pick up some aces on the other team
