Actually building blade of the ruined king would be far the best choice for attack speed, damage life steal and even more gank power with a slow.

She scales so well with AD that it's a shame to build Wit's end. Get attack speed and damage from another source like Zephyr. That also allows you to get an early Ninja Tabi, which is better for your jungling than Mercury's.

I've never tried maxing Denting Blows second, but I can't imagine it would be too bad. It's obviously a better max for extended engagements, but I like maxing Vault Breaker second because not only does it increase your burst damage, it also reduces the cooldown. If you find that maxing Denting Blows works well for you, though, go right ahead!

I tried maxing e first followed by w instead of q, and i found that although my burst damage was slightly decreased, my overall dps seemed higher and my camp clear speed was also greatly increased. I found that q works great just as a gap closer, a knockback, and a way to apply a stack of denting blows while ignoring its damage

I'll give you a brief review.
"I'm not the best player on the NA servers or anything like that". I'd start off by removing this. It doesn't flow well and it doesn't compliment your guide.
Thornmail. Definitely would not suggest taking for Vi. Randuin's Omen is superior in every way possible.
You MUST give more item options. You've let it down to core and CORE only. Try adding in some support-ish items such as Locket of the Iron Solari, Aegis of the Legion / Runic Bulwark, Shurelya's Battlesong, etc. More boot choices are needed aswell. Ever tried Iceborn Gauntlet?
Ability explanation is BEFORE ability order explanation. Simple switch around will suffice.
" Flashing, Arcane Shifting" reword it so it doesn't have the ing on it. Looks more appealing. Eg. Not even a Flash can get you away from Cease and Desist.
Explain how to take jungle camps. You can no longer start at Wolves / Waiths anymore, remove this out of your guide. I'm guilty aswell, Olaf guide needs a rework D:
Dedicate a chapter to ganking. You have EXTREMELY limited information on this.
Definitely provide visuals for Ganking, Teamfighting and Synergies (as you have specifically pointed out Orianna, I'd like to see VISUALLY how she bonds, rather than theorize in my head). Vi is a complex champion due to positioning of Cease and Desist, so visual content would be very helpful.

Can't really say anything else. It's just short because you never go into detail of what you do, you merely breach the subject of the subject. Try to explain your choices better.
I'm only hitting this guide because it's a rising guide. The amount of junk guides that get spewed out into Moba is unreal, rising guides are reward for the contribution guide makers have put in, rather than letting them go unseen. You need to earn that spot.
