Use your q as engage and disengage. ulti will help you keep them from escaping. you can poke with your e and your q. i find q works best for poking but remember until you get alot of movement speed it will hard to get in and out with out getting hit. Vi counters morg and annie support well because sheild only ap damage not ad.
