Farm as much as possible, your money will rely on you getting the farm, if you can gank and get kills, do that too, but only gank if it is needed. When a gank is needed make sure your not on the verge of death, so health below 30% or less.

At level 3-4 your ready to gank, gank fast and gank often, because thats the job of a bruiser.
