Hello again summoners. Welcome to my third guide for Mobafire. If you haven't noticed already I like to write guides about mages and ranged champs. It is true its' what I like. But this guide isn't about me it is about Viegar. I personally like playing as him often, yet lately I have just dusted off his mastery page to fit how I play him, so the Rune Page and Masteries is exactly how I built him when I play as him. So I hope you enjoy this guide.

My choice of skill order is becuase you want the stun for chasing down enemies and isn't much of a needed maxed skill. On the other hand his dark matter is more of a skill shot like skill. You have to predict where the enemy is going to move. Especially if you stun them. Then unleashing his R then get the bonus ability power for the kill. That is especially good for farming. You E then W then basic attack for the bonus, then continue to basic attack against all minions for bonus. This is good late game when you need some extra gold and AP because the cool-down is lower the higher level it is. This is why I chose this order.

For his spells I chose "Flash" and "Teleport" because Flash is obvious, but Teleport is for being able to gank after dominating mid lane with this build and also so you can take advantage of MID lane early. If you needed to recall because you need health and you realize that your lane opposing champ is low on health so you want to finish him so you teleport and catch him by surprise. Thus getting the kill.

The pros:
-High AP
-High Magic Penetration

The cons:
-High Cooldown

Viegar is an especially good team player. His E can make a change in a team fight, especially against melee champs who need to be close to attack you. Use E trap the enemies for a couple of seconds, thus letting your team to deal heavy damage then dealing the final blow against the whole team, giving your whole team an advantage.

On a scale of 1-10 his farming possibilty is a 7 or 8.
Only because of his W. This can bring in a lot of revenue if they are last shot. Well you always want last shot agaianst minions. Yet you can trap them with E allowwing your minions to deal damage while they are stunned, Then you ready your W for the major damage against minions, then finishing them off with a basic attack to get the AP bonus from Q's passive.

So in conclusion, Viegar at Mid is a recipe for success against melee champs, yet can be the same against ranged. He is exceptional at farming because of his Q's passive gaining AP every kill. So all in all I hope this guide was useful and you use it in the future. Happy LOLing.
