Introduction

Welcome to my Viktor build.
My name is L0wn , i play on the EU-West servers.
This build mainly focuses on a tough but deadly Viktor.
Viktor is undervalued by many players but i'm here to prove you the opposite , i do hope he gets played more.
If i make any mistakes in my language etc. Please also feel free to adjust.

Masteries

Basic 21/9/0 build to maximize damage & survivability.

Runes

Greater Mark of Insight : Counter enemy armor or magic resist better.
Greater Seal of Clarity : Compliment the use of mana items.
Greater Glyph of Celerity : Get quicker access to your abilities.
Greater Quintessence of Warding : Whistand the enemy's damage better.

Skills

Evolving Technology : A very unique pasive , it lets you start with an item that gives you ap per level and lets you upgrade it into a item that compliments one of your abilities for 1200g.

Power Transfer : A damage dealing poke that gives you a shield at a % of the damage you dealt,
i max this last.

Gravity Field : A supreme AOE stunning ability , it requires alot of practice to land it right. I max this second.

Death Ray : Your primary damage dealing ability , i buy the upgrade for this after my sorcerers shoes. It is a skillshot that does need 'some' skill to land it properly. I max it first.

Chaos Storm : This is your ultimate. You can place it on top of an enemy and it will follow the enemy around for a short duration , it also damages other nearby enemy's. Use this in combination with your stun & death ray for maximum damage.

Summoner Spells

Ignite : If your enemy runs away. Ignite that dude.

Ghost: Ghost is verry usefull , it has a lot of uses for it.
(ex: you spot a 5 man gank mid , ghost away unharmed and wait for backup. , you get ganked an manage to escape using ghost.)

Exhaust : Slow , decrease efectiveness of enemy's abilities., Really usefull.

Items

Rod of Ages : It gives you HP & AP , its all you need.
Lich Bane : It gives you Mana , AP , magic resist. its a good overall item for viktor
Rylai's Crystal Scepter : HP & AP & Slow, you know what it means ;)
Void Staff : Magic pen & AP : you will counter their defense.

Note : there is no 6th item , its your hexcore , you need to upgrade it after you buy your sorc boots , upgrade it to augument:death.

Technique

An easy way to kill minions is using your death ray , you can aim it on the minions to quickly get rid of minion waves , especially if you have Augument : Death , if you are lucky you can hit the enemy laner with it aswell. Also , the best way to damage an enemy is by stunning them first , make sure your gravity field is right in the middle of them and then pop your ultimate on them followed by a death ray and or powertransfer for the finishing move.
