I recommend getting R maxed first because it reduces the cooldown making you able to block more enemies. I prefer to upgrade Warwick's W first because I find it to be more useful early game jungling. Also i do sometimes max E before W depending on how much I am chasing or losing enemies, and of course winning.

This seems to work best for me. I would take the cooldown reduction but Warwick's abilities cooldowns are already pretty short. Ability power is needed for his Q, but I choose to scarficie ability power for sheer power. When built Warwick should be decently powerful, and super fast attacker if on the offensive.

The runes. can also be included by adding ability power. I do not prefer to do this as it ability power has the biggest effect only on his Q. I like to utilize the W and E together more. However, with the attack speed cap in mind there is nno harm in removing some attack speed runes and gain something else.
