This is my first guide, comment any advice you may have or complaints. Thank you.
Also remember that Eve's remake has changed some abilities, and mobafire has not changed the pictures or abilities names/effect for them yet. Please look below for Eve's remade abilities and clarity on ability lvl spec.
Shadow Walk (Passive)
Evelynn fades away into the shadows. She can only be seen by nearby enemy Champions or true sight
While in stealth, Evelynn regenerates 1% of her max Mana every second
Casting spells, taking damage, or dealing damage unstealths Evelynn for 6 seconds
Mana Cost- 16/22/28/34/40
Evelynn fires a line of spikes through an enemy, dealing damage to all enemies in its path.
Evelynn fires a line of spikes through a nearby enemy dealing 40/60/80/100/120 (+0.45) (+0.4) magic damage to all enemies in its path.
Hate Spike prioritizes targets Evelynn has recently attacked.
Mana Cost- None
Evelynn passively increases her Movement Speed when hitting enemy champions with her spells. Upon activation, Evelynn breaks free from slows affecting her and gains a massive Movement Speed boost for a short duration.
Passive: Evelynn's spell hits on enemy champions grant her 4/8/12/16/20 Movement Speed for 3 seconds (effect stacks up to 4 times).
Active: Evelynn removes all slows affecting her and gains 30/40/50/60/70% Movement Speed for
Champion kills and assists refresh Dark Frenzy's cooldown.
Mana cost- 50/55/60/65/70
Ravage - Evelynn slashes her target twice, dealing damage with each hit. She then gains increased Attack Speed for a short duration.
Evelynn slashes a target 2 times, dealing 35/55/75/95/115 (+0.5) (+0.4) magic damage with each strike. Evelynn then gains 60/75/90/105/120% Attack Speed for 3 seconds.
Mana cost- 100
Evelynn summons spikes from the ground to deal damage and slow enemies in the area. She then gains a shield based on how many enemy champions were hit.
Evelynn impales all enemies in the targeted area, dealing 15/20/25 (+0.01)% of their current Health in magic damage and slowing their Movement Speed by 30/50/70% for 2 seconds.
Evelynn siphons their pain, gaining a 150/225/300 health shield for each enemy champion hit which lasts up to 6 seconds.
I'll now walk through the build order to explain itemization choices.
The Hunter's Machete is used to dispatch creeps quickly to avoid major health lost. The extra damage plus Hate Spike should rip them apart quickly. Use health potions to regen lost health during the fight or while moving camps. Upgrading the Hunter's Machete to the Spirit Stone will increase damage output and also provide Health and Mana regen.
I next grab boots to help her gank and move between camps. Boots will allow Eve to get in close before her target champion notices. Boots are essential for successful ganking.
Next is the Kage's Lucky Pick whick will help gold income and later build into the Will of the Ancient's. Providing a great amount of Spell Vamp. This spell vamp will be added to the 20% that the Spirit of the Spectral Wraith will be providing a 40% Spell Vamp.
The next item is the Nashor's Tooth, this will help by providing an increase in both Attack Speed and Cooldown Reduction. As well as a great increase in damage output with it's passive.
The next item is the Trinity Force. With it's major list of stats it improves Eve's AD, AP, AS, Crit, Hp, Mp, and Speed. It's passives will also help slow targets and provide extra damage after every spell cast.
The last item I would choose would be one of the last to items, Rabadon's Deathcap or Guinsoo's Rageblade. Rabadon's Deathcap would cry overkill on all of Eve's abilities. Increasing her AP would increase the amount of HP received from the 40% Spell Vamp. Although the Rageblade would help when Eve is in a pinch. It's passive will greatly increase her AD, AP, Life steal, and Spell Vamp.
The build will usually be completed in a 40 minute game with a typical income.
The guide is pretty basic.
If it's well liked and commented with any problems or concerns, I'll add more and edit this at a later date.
