Gangplank When he wants to poke you, you can just e to him and destroy him in 1 combo.
Jayce When he wants to poke you with his combo - use your Decoy. It will block it. In a full engage you can kill him.
Rengar He can not do anything against you. The only thing he can do is roam and you wil lget a free tower. Otherwise you will get free feed.

Hey Community!
Im FireBoZz1337 and I'd like to introduce to you my first Championguide.
It's obviously for my main champĂ­on - Wukong

Wukong was the first champ I mained since I started playing Leaque a while ago.
I never used any builds on him and learned the machanics on my own way.

Usually i go 9 AD-Marks, 9 Armor-Seals, 9 MR-Glyphs 1 AD-Quint and 2 CD-Quints.
This is the standart runepage setup for toplane, but u can also get some armor pen. reds if you like it that way or even 3armor pen. quints instead of the AD/CD quints, it's your choice. I don't go for scaling runes cause Wukong isnt that strong in the erly game phase so he needs flat runes to keep, so he dont gets bullied out of lane. The 2 CD Quints are there so you get 30% CD-Reduction at fullbuild status. (40% with the Jungle build)

For the moment, I go 21/9/0 on him, because at my first look it's the best way to go with him.
Maybe I'll find a better way in the next time and if this happens I'll update the Guide.

Pros / Cons

-He makes a pretty decent lane bully against the right enemy
-He can snowball his entire team
-He can carry/turnaround a teamfight
-Huge juke/outplay potential ( Decoy)
-He's quite a strong duelist
-Decent burst
-Overwhelming AD-Ratios

-Hard early game
-Somewhat itemdependent
-Gets bullied hard by tanky high dmamage dealers like Renekton or Darius

My casual start is Doran's Blade and 1 Health Potion, but if I see enemies where I know I've got a chance i pick up a Elixir of Fortitude.
Your 1st back should be, when you can effort a The Brutalizer, 'cause it's an awesome item for early game and especially on Wukong. The extra armor pen. synergizes well with his Crushing Blow and the CD-Reduction is perfect due to his casterlike kit.
After that you should think what to build: "Are they more AD or more AP"?, "Are they more tanky or can I melt 'em"?, "Is MY team to squishy, so I should build very tanky"?.
When I see, I can just melt through them, I go this way: Ravenous Hydra, Last Whisper, Mercury's Treads, The Black Cleaver, Randuin's Omen, Spirit Visage.
When I see, I should more tanky....
Just take the item paths at the top of the page to go on yourself.

The Bloodthirster or Ravenous Hydra ?
It's just a thing of your opinion. There was a time I always went The Bloodthirster and a time where I always went Ravenous Hydra but ATM I go with the Ravenous Hydra.

Skill Sequence

At level 1 I skill Crushing Blow, so I can reduce his armor if he wants a lvl 1 fight.
At level 2 I take Nimbus Strike, so I can already make engages. Then I pickup that 1 point for Decoy. At this point u can already make nice play. I max Nimbus Strike just because the points scale better in it, than in Crushing Blow. I max Decoy last, because it only gets a little higher amount of damage and not so much CD-Reduction.

My engage combo is Nimbus Strike >> AA >> Crushing Blow >> AA... >> Crushing Blow >> Cyclone.
You need to have in mind that Crushing Blow resets your AA-Timer and reduces the armor, so I first make my harass combo but then I keep fighting until my Crushing Blow is up again so I can reduce his armor to totally destroy him with my Cyclone.

Wukong makes the most damage with AA >> Crushing Blow >> Nimbus Strike so I take this combo when I'm sure I won't die ASAP.

Only use Decoy if you REALLY NEED TO because when Decoy isn't up the toplaner will probably call his jungler to gank you AFAP and then you got no chance to escape.
The "hidden power" of the Decoy is to simply press "S" when you feel like. The enemy will think you used Decoy but in fact u ust stand there. Use this technique if you dont wan't to waste Decoy, you got no mana or it's ust on CD. But please be adviced: this won't work when the "2 Eyes" are over your head or the is something else of true sight.

His passive Stone Skin is a pretty much underrated skill. It provides you some nice amount of defensive stats so even in the early game you are not that squishy. And woooow in endgame when 5 enemies surround you it gives 50 armor and MR. It's just strong if you ask me. It allows to fully engage into 5people without being afraid of dieing.

You should usually take Flash and Ignite so you got some more mobility and more killpotential.

Ghost instead Flash is only OK if you prefere to play like this.
But in my mind there is no other choice than Ignite. Maybe you can go Exhaust or Teleport but that is ust not my playstyle.

Team Work

Due to the kit of Wukong he is a really strong temfighter and fits in many team comps.
Especially Orianna can make HUGE plays with his Decoy and Cyclone. ust give him the ball while he gets invisible and he uses Nimbus Strike right in the enemies so Orianna can easily perform a destroying Command: Shockwave followed by Cyclone == Won Teamfight.

He also synergizes well with Jarvan IV, Galio, Amumu and actually everybody who has a strong AOE ult.
