Annie is a real pain in the ass to deal with. Her constant stuns will mess up your engage, making her extremely tough to outplay.
Ahri
Take an early engage if she steps near your minions at level 1, after that try to bait her charm and engage when it's on cooldown. At level 6, she will be hard to engage, so try roaming to sidelines to gain an advantage.
Zed
Try to win before level 6 by using the following combo: E in, auto, Q for Electrocute, W to avoid damage. After 6, bait his ult and then dodge his skillshots by using W.
Yasuo
Yasuo is another champion you might have a hard time against. Try to get your jungler to gank early to gain an advantage. Don't engage him unless his shield is down.
Fizz
Fizz has a good kit against Wukong. His jump makes it hard to get your Electrocute combo off, and his shark is a major threat post 6. However, once his E is down, you have plenty of time to get some damage off, and you can slowly wear him down by continuously baiting his E and then going for an engage.
Ziggs
Against Ziggs it's important to utilize his immobility against him. If he puts down his minefield and moves away from it, punish him. If he misses his Q, punish him. After level 6, be wary of his ult, since you can't really escape it when he's close to you.
Xerath
Against Xerath, you need to try to stall the matchup and not trade as much pre 6. Once you have your ult, you can all-in, and he's likely to die. When engaging, try to predict his stun and sidestep/flash.
Qiyana
This matchup is hilariously easy, since Qiyana lacks early damage to counter your engage. Go for poke pre 6 and then go for the kill with ult.
Neeko
This matchup is relatively easy in the early game, go for the Electrocute combo whenever you can, but keep in mind that she can follow up her root with a lot of damage. After level 6, try to gain an advantage or use your existing one to roam and get kills on sidelanes.
Yuumi
In teamfights, the sustain and extra damage Yuumi allows for is really benefitial, and can help you kill the enemy backline through peel.
Yasuo
Yasuo, or any champ that can follow up with big damage on your ult, are ideal for Wukong.
Examples are: Malphite, Amumu, Neeko, Ziggs, any adc with sufficient dps, Vel'Koz, Shyvana, Gangplank, etc. (you get the idea)
Lulu
Same as Yuumi, her ult and general kit allow you to be more effective in teamfights.
