Well, the runes that i take for Master Yi:These are the best runes to Master Yi, with this runes you will clean up very fast the jungle without potions so you can finish your devourer before. Below I will explain the route you must follow on the jungle.

• Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed: The best option, always take it, the speed of attack is the best stat for Master Yi since u can clear the jungle more fast and scale better to late game.
• Greater Mark of Attack Speed: Same as Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed, no way, you must take this.
• Greater Seal of Armor: Armor Seals are usually considered a must for junglers, as the bonus armor vastly reduces the damage dealt to you by the monsters. You can also take Greater Seal of Scaling Heal to hold a little more in late game.
• Greater Glyph of Attack Speed: I really like to take this therefore that i take Greater Quintessence of Attack Speed and Greater Mark of Attack Speed, but if u want u can take Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist.

These are the best masteries for Master Yi, with your attack speed of runes, the devourer and the BOTRK you'll charge Fervor of Battle almost instantly.
