Ok first, Mejai's Soulstealer is not an appropriate item to rush since you may not always be doing so well in a game to grab enough kills and assists to stack that item, also it will make you the main target. Second, I understand why you choose not to get any hp nor defense item, you want a burst as high as possible, but Kassadin doesn't have Xerath's range, in order to deal your burst you will have to get so close to the enemy team, and I ask you now, what will you do when they deal almost true damage due to your lack of resistance?
Use more BBCode, for now I won't vote, would love to see you improving it.

Ehh... Two cents.

1. Don't use random colours. It makes the guide look unprofessional and doesn't make it any more easier or appealing to read. Instead, consider just highlighting important keywords.

2. You need more BBCode anyway, and not just colours. That's the only way you'll get a successful guide up. Read this over, and then if you still need ideas then feel free to check out my own guide for inspiration.

3. Looks like you turned off Require Comment to Vote for whatever reason. Consider turning it back on.

Nice name :D but put some coding in it, and all colored letters are hurting my eyes (a bit).

Yes i'm completely aware of the mana hungry , but , if you're really good with mana hungry champs , you can easily counter that with runes and masteries which are mana regen. But also stacking Force pulse with nether blade is just not fast enough sometimes at early game. And also , Thank you for commenting ! Appreciate it lots ! :DDDDD

I mean you need to grab an earlier Nether Blade to stack your Force Pulse up every time without mana! At all, it is a nice build!
