To those wanting to know how I farmed that much, you basically just turn on E and spam Q once you have some levels and melt the creep wave, then go take both team's wraiths. It's especially easy once you have a Catalyst and access to blue buff.
Actually my farm wasn't even that great for Karthus, it's quite possible to get 100 cs every ten minutes or even higher on him if you're really good and not getting pressured too much in lane.

On a side note I was going to support, but Cyclopes8 is low level so he should support according to my team, and he had to pick me an AP mid. It turned out to be Annie who I play really bad with (as you can see in this vid T_T). I would have kicked Karthus' *** with champs like Lux, Cassiopeia and Kennen but hey, didn't happen :(
