They must all be tier one. /sarcasm Like it or not, some champions are simply stronger in their respective roles than others. Twitch is not a common pick or ban because he's not as important as other possible AD picks like Ezreal/Corki/Graves. That doesn't mean you can't play him or it's impossible to win with him. It just means he isn't the best pick in the highest number of scenarios. I haven't seen or played enough of Twitch to understand exactly where he stands right now, but I can tell you that he isn't going to jump to tier 1 just because a couple people got to plat by playing him.[/quote]

Like I said I don't think I know or have seen enough of AD twitch since his remake to make an accurate assessment, so I'd probably just leave him out. Likewise I think Varus and Draven are solid champions, but I don't know why I'd pick them over one of the other options. Sivir I think is only good situationally, against the right team comp and bot lane comp. I don't really know where I stand on MF anymore, but I think the above champions outclass her.[/quote]
