The Q can hurt minions, but I doubt it'll be strong enough to 1HKO.
Unless you fed, but even Kog'maw can free farm as AP when fed.
She can only move her ball through skill shots, attach, leash, and picking it up by walking right into it.
It doesn't have the ALT+click control mechanic that Shaco's Clone, Mordekaiser' CoG, and Annie's Tibbers.
It can also only use Q to roll toward destination points residing in a 900-range zone AROUND Orianna herself.
Though, I believe I read in the thread Xypherous is replying in, that there's a way to make it roll a total of 2000 distance.
