Alistar Jungle needs a nerf? Discuss

I had an Alistar come level 3 from the jungle area between my two turrets. As in, he came from BEHIND me, took 4 turret shots, my diagonal traversing wasn't enough since he had like full movement speed runes or something (BETCH TOO FAST) + flashed, pushed me up and towards Ryze and it was a CC fest of doom with my corpse in the middle of the creeps. I don't think Alistar needs a nerf tho. I stand my ground that TURRETS need a buff.[/quote]
