Looks to be a yordle thats been possesed by some spirit/void creature. I'm guessing he/she/it is a jungler, but who knows.

Seems... bland as heck.
I thought riot was taking their time with releasing champs so they could release some higher quality ones lore, mechanics and balance wise... guess I was wrong. 8l
