This is a step in the right direction.
Now all we got to remove now is people from using new champs in the first week of their release (along with being able to make GUIDES for those champions on a certain website during the first week of their release).

People would just post their builds in their blog and release the guide as soon as the delay was reached. There's already a voting delay so you can't get to like 90% in the first day of the champion being available. |

Ive been playing long enough that i own most of the champs. So this affects nothing for me. Well save for people in ranked thinking that "trying a champ for the first time" in ranked is a good idea.

I'm more concerned about the fact that Riot doesn't even kick people who are AFK in champion select. Riot knows they're AFK and yet they choose to just give them a random champion and force the whole team to lose.

Why does this affect trading? I mean most of the common champions in ranked are owned by most imho.

Free2Play Champions are being removed from Ranked Solo/Duo Queue soon unless you own the champions. We may revisit this policy in the future, but we are going to test this out.
