Learn more champs, practice all roles and your main champs, practice your mechanics, become knowledgeable about the game and learn how to make the right decisions. Record urself with lolreplay and watch your replays again to see where you made mistakes
If you ask a vague question, you're going to get vague answers. What I suggest you do is to ask someone to look at your gameplay and then provide criticism on them, so you can get specific things to work on.
In general, if you watch streams or stuff like Lastshadow's videos where he uploads his coaching, you will usually learn things that will steadily improve your gameplay and game knowledge. But for specific things for you to work on, you're going to need something like what I said in the first paragraph.

Well taking a look at your LolKing you should probably narrow down your champion pool. A lot. You've played 42 champions in 63 games. There's no way you're equally good at all of them. Find the ones you do best with and get real comfortable with them. The better the champions themselves, the better, but try to specialize, rather than playing literally everything that sounds good.

Find a main, become really good with it and climb the ladder.

So I have only been hanging around since the end of season 3, where I ended up in Gold 3, and in the following seasons 4, and currently 5 i remain in Gold V - III.
