Innervating Locket and Sunfire Capes [Aww poor...

Innervating locket might come back but they took it out until they could make it balanced. sunfires is for anyone, im just saying some people abused it. like garen. you cant possible tell me stacked sunfire garen was fair. you just couldnt kill him and he was faster than EVERYONE. and i PLAY Udyr. so lol. udyr morde and amumu are the ones that still benefit from sunfires. and why wouldnt they use it? if it adds to their similar skills, why not? thats like saying theres no point in putting ap on morde because his creeping metal skill already does damage. you can put it on other champs, sure, but its not as useful on other champs.[/quote]
