Thats cool. Takes armored bear hater to a new level. But the big question is, will it transfer out of the pbe? I think it would be sick as ****. 4th evolution sounds awesome.

The "You don need 14 stacks" confuses me.
What if rengar gets kha'zix fb? Woohoo instant 14 stacks? TBH For hidden passives this is kinda OP. |

As already said, both need lvl 16 so the passive activates.
BTW: Some say  Kha'Zix will also get his 4. evolution if he scores a pentakill.

I think Riot will make a huge mistake if this transfers to live. Hidden passives shouldn't impact the game this much.
